With the help of Dan, I've reorganized the PSA page so it's easier to deal with.

The PSAs are now in three pages:
1) Main PSA page http://www.wrfu.net/psa with how-tos and links to the
other pages
2) Archived PSA page http://www.wrfu.net/psa/archives for the old PSAs
3) Current PSA page http://www.wrfu.net/psa/current for PSAs that are
ready to be read on air.

So please visit http://www.wrfu.net/psa/current while you're on air
and read the PSAs.
