[rfu-membership] Addition to List 2, Deletion from List 3

I found that I had omitted Agora Urbana, with Justin Doran as the sole 
renewed member, from List 2, which is the one for programming groups who 
have one member renewed, but need at least one more renewed member to 
retain their programming slot. My apologies and I have made the 
necessary corrections on the notices that will be posted at the studio 
later today.

As we've heard from The Butterflies Are Passive-Aggressive that they 
will be dropping their show, they can be stricken from List 3. Their 
slot on Tuesday 6-8pm will be open.
