[rfu-membership] <em>Propose a show!</em> submission

Hey all,
I found a willing co-host for my old dead show.  Rory is already a
trained active member of WRFU/IMC.  We both need to pay up our dues
though.  Also, Rory would like to become my second co-host for Sunday
Night Sound System.
