[rfu-membership] Noel has a "Hang..." of the Schedule

I've talked with Ken through email and I have done some digging around
the website trying to figure out how the schedule is handled.

I have removed /hang the dj/ from the schedule now.

How do we want to handle our schedule maintenance now? I see two
overarching tasks for me:
1) get new shows on schedule, if needed;
2) when all the dust has settled from collecting dues, update schedule.

We can do item 1 before or in conjunction with item 2. What does everyone think?
