[rfu-membership] Drop Universal Remonster

During today's meeting discussion, I forgot that I had heard from 
Universal Remonster. Due to a changing schedule, UM has been forced to 
drop their show. The Tuesday 4-6pm slot is now open.

Since Noel is now handling this, he can feel free to go ahead when he's 
ready to announce it to current shows as being available, then offer it 
to new shows if no currently active programming group wants it.
