Andrew,
I haven't listened to a sample yet, but these offers generally require 
that they must be run in their entirety (as this one does) with the 
material sandwiching a commercial message. Most likely, this would be 
inappropriate for a non-commercial station, but it couldn't hurt to 
check it out.
