[rfu-membership] Civil Music Cancellation

I regret to say that I will not be doing Civil Music at my scheduled
timeslot any more.

This means that Fridays 8-10pm is now open. As per our standard
operation procedure, the timeslot is now open to programming groups
currently with shows. After 3 days, the timeslot will be open to all
programming groups.

I will still try to be active in the RFU community, and if a more
convenient timeslot opens up, I may have a show once again.
