We should probably change the whole login sheet with more columns.
Column headings along the lines of:
* Print Name
* Signature
* Time in
* Time out
* Programming Group
* Time of Transmitter Check
* Transmitter Frequency
* Transmitter Angle (I forget what the readings are...)
