[rfu-membership] <em>Propose a show!</em> submission

We have two meetings each month, the first Tues at 8 pm and third Saturday at 1:00 pm.  So our next meeting will be June 3rd, Tues at 8 PM. 
   
  We can still ask for approval for your new show at this meeting, have you considered a different time slot?  You state in your proposal that you have had your training with Ghost, but I can meet you at the studio some time fill out these final forms.  I will be at the studio next Saturday from 1-3 PM if that works for you.

I'm sorry if I sent a bunch of submissions, it wasn't clear to me at the time if the proposal had gone through or not.

Unfortunately I will be out of town for next saturdays meeting, is there a meeting the following saturday?

  Thank you for your show submission.  The time slot that you requested is currently being used by another show.  It may have shown empty on the online schedule when you looked, because it is a show that was just recently added to the schedule.  The scheudule was updated last night, so any spaces on it right now that show empty, are really empty.  Please let us know another time that will work for you.
   
  Your show submission will need to be approved at the next general meeting which will be next Saturday at 1:00 PM.  This meeting will be in the library space and will be a pot luck / get to know your fellow members / meeting.  I hope that you can make it.  There are a couple of paper forms that it would be very helpful if you could fill out.
