[Rfu-station] Reminder About Locking Production Room

Recently there have been numerous instances when I and others have found 
the Production Room inside the IMC space left unlocked. This is a 
reminder about the policy on use of the Production Room.

Unless you are physically present in the Production Room or the walk-in 
safe area, anyone with access to the Production Room is expected to 
close the door and ensure that it latches when they leave it.

Do NOT leave the Production Room door open for any reason unless you are 
inside it. This includes brief trips to to use the restroom or anywhere 
else in the IMC space. The only time the door is to be left open is when 
you are personally within the Production Room.
