[Rfu-station] Automation

Automation is up now.  It was either a loose wire or that the buttons on
that mixer sending to pgm 1/2 were un-depressed.

Also, we now have an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) on loan from the
Tech group (thanks to Josh King) attached to the automation computer,
protecting our precious automation stream from power surges and the like.

I don't know about CD2...
