Here are my initial incomplete list of questions we want answered:

	Does the company plan to extend their easements beyond those 
currently enjoyed?
		For example mine is _____ and the original tarrif 
listed distances of 15 feet and 50 additional feet.

2) Pruning cycles
	time (years) between cycles in  2000, 1995 and 1990

3) Cost of Tree trimming
	Costs for Vegetation management in 2000, 1995 and 1990
	% of companys overall maintenece costs for 2000, 1995 and 1990
	% of companies overall revenues  for 2000, 1995 and 1990

4) Outages for company over all.
	Outages for Champaign county
	Outages for Normal county
	Outages for Bloomington county

5) Pruning Practices.
	Topping
		Is/was this used in 2000, 1995, 1990
		If so for which trees in 2000, 1995, 1990
		What are the specific directions to tree contractors 
(i.e.Davies etal) on this topic?
	Removal of ALL branches above any powerlines
		Was this a common practice in 2000, 1995, 1990
		Was this an allowed practice in 2000, 1995, 1990
		Was this ever practiced in 2000, 1995, 1990
	Are through trees allowed in 2000, 1995, 1990
	Distances from wires to branches
		What are/is the allowable distances for 2000, 1995, 1990
		What are/is the basis for these distances (if there 
are any) chapter and verse.

6) Visual access
	What is/has been the directive by the company to tree 
contractors for 2000, 1995, 1990
	Why?
	What are/is the basis for these distances (if there are any) 
chapter and verse.

7) Are heritage trees taken into account?
	Who determines?
	What are their protections?
	Will line duc or tree lines be used?

8) Underground power lines
	What is/was the stance of the company to this as a:
		retrofit in 2000, 1995, 1990
		original placement in 2000, 1995, 1990
	Is there a plan to put aside a percentage of profits to 
retrofit above ground lines to below ground lines when those lines 
are schedule for replacement?
	What is the current/past stance of the company to share these 
costs with:
		municipalities for 2000, 1995, 1990
		counties for 2000, 1995, 1990
		customers for 2000, 1995, 1990
