Dear All,

I have talked at length with Mike B and feel I have a better feel for 
what is up with the Cities and in general IP etc as it relates to the 
Gen Meeting of April 10.

I will talk a bit with you all tonight, but feel we should meet again 
to talk about the April 10 meeting and not mention it tonight or 
prior to meeting as the Exec Com

I apologize for the cryptic nature of this but it is to lengthy to 
commit to e-mail at this point
