Hi everyone!
The semester is almost over! I hope you have had a great
experience volunteering and will continue to do so next
semester! I would like to get feedback from you all about your
experiences with VIP and Social Empowerment so that we can
make improvements for next semester. Please answer the
following questions and return them to me by April 30th. 


How long have you been with Social Empowerment?

What agency did you work with this semester (ex: Don Moyer,
Central High School, etc)?

Briefly describe your experience with this agency.

Do you have any complaints/problems with the Social
Empowerment program? 

Do you have any ideas that would help improve the VIP program?

What do you like about volunteering with Social Empowerment?

Do you know who the VIP coordinator of your agency was?  How
was your experience working with him/her?

How can I, as the Director of Social Empowerment help serve
you better?
