Not having played the beta, I have no idea whether the final version of
Quake Wars is better, but it seems pretty polished and fun to me. You're
free to try out my copy, except for the fact that I won't be there this
weekend anyway. But in the future...

I especially like flying the various assault helicopters. I think I have
something like 100+ aerial dogfight kills by now ;) But probably the
best thing is that if several of us were playing it online, it not only
has a built-in clan system but fireteam support within online games. A
few of us playing could get our own voice, chat, and command channels
with experience-sharing within a larger team on any server.
