Dear Friends,

While most of U-C was celebrating 'graduation' and
Mother's Day -- I've just returned from facilitating a
retreat.

I'm sure the participants who attended are
re-entering earth's orbit and have not had time to write
a testimonial -- so for right now, you'll just have to
take my word for it: The retreat changed the lives for
those who attended.

They came seeking relief from their worries.

D was worried that she didn't know her life's purposes.
J need to stop "running away."
R needed to save her investment in a business that she was
puttering around with.
K (thought) she needed to decide whether to divorce her husband.
B was destroying her health by sabotaging her diet.
S was holding a resentment against her oldest friend.


They rested; they retreated; they discussed.
They journaled & collaged.
They answered the "four questions."
They turned around their thinking.
They uncovered and owned their unique passion.
They connected with the divinity …
…in a campfire, in an oak tree, and in their own hearts.
They discovered and clarified their own "intention"
and identified the blocks that would prevent them achieving their happiness.

It was amazing -- and I am relishing in the afterglow from all
the positive energy that was exchanged.

In that spirit; I want to give a gift to you.

A significant part of the weekend was yoga and
meditation. Our teacher/ yoga leader for the weekend is
Shelley Masar. She teaches yoga at my office / studio
four days a week.

Please accept a gift of a yoga class from Shelley and I
