[Bikecoop-announce] -CANCELLED-: tonight's Parade of Lights (Dec. 1, 5 pm)

Hello,

	This evening's (Sat., Dec. 1, 5 pm) downtown Champaign Parade of  
Lights has been cancelled.  Rescheduling yet to be decided

	 I just checked with the City of Champaign police and WILL -AM news/ 
weather, both agree. (Did this since haven't yet seen/heard official  
announcement, e.g. City of Champaign's web site).  All flights in/out  
of WIllard are cancelled too, so we can chalk this up to the ice  
storm-ish weather, and not, say,last-minute political win by an  
extremist wing of the Dark Skies Initiative...
