[Bikecoop-announce] The Bike Project: Cranksgiving 2013 event set(we need volunteers!), monthly meeting

Hello everyone,

*Cranksgiving 2013*
Sunday, November 17. Registration at noon, ride starts at 1:00.
Cranksgiving is a food drive where food is collected by riding around
Champaign/Urbana/Savoy and purchasing food at local grocery stores. Riders
earn prizes by completing the ride in the fastest time, with the most food.
However, we usually have prizes for almost everyone.

Please tell all your friends, the ultimate goal is to collect food for the
hungry. This is our 6th year running and each year we have surpassed the
previous amount of food collected. Three years ago we set the bar high and
collected over 1900lbs of food. Let's try and beat that this year!

*Monthly Meeting*
The next monthly members' meeting will be held at the Urbana/IMC location
at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, October 28. The agenda is at
http://thebikeproject.wikispaces.com/2013-Oct-28+Agenda. We'll be
discussing our new incentive program for those who host hours, and it would
also be a good time for you to stop by the shop and see some of the
improvements we've made to the shop.
