[Bookstoprisoners] let's get some grant money!

I think this would be AWESOME if we could pull this off. I also think that
if it's going to happen, it will take more than an informal "side meeting"
during our regular meeting time on Saturday. We'll probably need a committee
to meet separately and people willing to put some extra effort into this.

Would anyone else be willing to participate in this process, starting this
weekend with a brief meeting (perhaps before our regular satruday
gathering)?
