[Bookstoprisoners] request letter deadline

Hi group,
I'm feeling a bit of a deadline pressure to get our request for help in 
to Lincoln's Challenge (they need it in writing), so I'm sending the 
letter today.  

I'm going to ask for help all day if they can provide it, in which case 
providing a brown bag lunch would be reasonable.  I'll hope we can 
pull it together!  If they can only commit to set up & take down 
(which is our busiest time), we will not provide food.
