[Bookstoprisoners] Will do requests for prisoners

Hi Jay,

I wanted to point out that the inmate's ID number can be looked up on the 
IDOC website, so it doesn't maintain the inmate's privacy.  You might want 
to assign the public request information a different kind of ID, and 
maintain the inmate's personal ID number on a secure computer.
