...to start thinking about the Jail Library Schedule for April thru June.

We have one month left of the current schedule and a number of new
volunteers who are ready to work in the new schedule, so please send me your
availability for the following dates.  Please also include the number of
times/month you want to volunteer and if you would like to volunteer
for 1.5or 3 hours.

Again, you are sending me:

1) The dates you are available (you may indicate more dates available than
times you want to work...don't worry, I won't schedule you for more than you
want to work)
2) How many times/month you would like to volunteer
3) Whether you want to volunteer for 1.5 or 3 hours

As for every Friday vs. every other Friday (and every other Monday vs. every
Monday), I have included all Monday and Friday dates in the three months
that we are scheduling.  Once I have everyone's information, I will look at
it and see what we can do.  So far, people have been very accommodating and
good about subbing for each other, so if you commit to a date now and in
three months you realize you will be unavailable, don't worry.  You should
be able to find a sub.

Lastly, we are still waiting on word about library at the Satellite Jail.
Once we have the go ahead, we will start scheduling that library time as
well.
