[Cgfc] summer and fall housing available

I'm searching for a new person to share my beautiful, 2-bedroom apartment
near downtown Urbana through the summer with the option to stay in the
fall.  During the summer, you'll have the place virtually to yourself, as
I'll be out of town 3 out of 4 weeks.

The details:
1 large bedroom in 2-bedroom apartment at 311 West High, Urbana
large, bright bathroom with clawfoot bathtub
hardwood floors
$250/month plus 1/2 utilities during the summer (rent may be reduced for
the fall)

We'd both probably be happier if you're relatively neat, prefer
feminism and social justice to the alternatives, and want to pursue
simple/more sustainable/less consumerist ways of living.
