Hello fellow Co-op Members,

I have a few announcements:

SUMMER!
First, it is almost that time of year again and the summer festivals will
begin! We need folks who would like to volunteer an afternoon to talk with
people about the Co-op at various events around town. Specifically,
Farmer's Market starts in 2 weeks and we will have a table there. Taste of
Champaign will be in June and various other events will be throughout the
summer. Please drop me or Jill a line if you would like to be a part of
this. You would get core/worker hours as always and it is good fun!

NEWSLETTER
The May/June edition will be coming out toward the end of May, hopefully
of a higher caliber than our first run. We are looking for folks to write
articles on various co-opy or food news. We also need recipes! Send 'em my
way or drop me a line to talk about submission guidelines.

Also, we will be offering the newsletter in PDF format, emailed to your
doorstep! Please reply to this email if you would:
- prefer to receive only a PDF version by email and not a paper copy
- prefer not to get anything at all (go away, pesky co-op!)
- haven't received anything in the mail and would like to!

This will help us know how many to print up. Also, if you have moved or
are about to move, PLEASE, PLEASE send us your new address. I beg of you.
It is expensive to have mail bounce back. If you can picture our
membership database, you know how hard it is to keep track of all of you!!
