Subject: Rally reminder

1) October 7th @ 12 noon south patio of Union

War is not inevitable! President Bush is absolutely bent on war despite
the opposition of the international community, many ordinary Americans,
and politicians in both parties. Make your voice heard! Please come out and
add your voice to those already opposing the illegal war on Iraq designed
to distract from the President's domestic troubles. Prof. Francis Boyle,
a professor of international law will be introducing his campaign to impeach
President Bush at the rally. Also, Professor Miller from Vietnam Veterans
Against the War and Professor Estabrook, a candidate for Congress in the 15th
district, will also speak. If you would like to be better informed on why a 
war
on Iraq would be a bad idea, this would be an excellent opportunity, as the
speakers mentioned above are both eloquent, and very knowledgable.

This rally will be extremely important, as Congress is expected to take action
on legislation authorizing the use of force against Iraq later in the week
of October 7th. There are a lot of individuals opposed to war on Iraq, we just
need to unite in order to make our voices heard, as the number of legislators
dissenting is still growing. It is really important to make a strong showing,
as it will help inspire debate, and show that those opposed to war in
Iraq are not the minority they are envisioned to be by those in favor
of war.
