  Hi Clint,

  I hope you're feeling better today.

  My email concerns the upcoming Coordinators' meeting. When/if the
coordinators pass documents and a timeline for the hiring process, I was hoping
to ask you all some questions about how advertising for this position has been
conducted in the past, which application was used, etc. Would it be possible to
have fifteen minutes of the meeting allocated for this purpose? Is it too late
to ask?

  Let me also pass along the Board's sketch of a hiring timeline (it'll need to
be changed around a little since it was tentatively based around last week) and
the names of the members we selected for the hiring committee (that would be
myself, President Bob, and one other; I need to look the other up in the
minutes).
