CGFC Board minutes for 5/30/03
Coordinator update:  Clint spoke of their
conversations regarding presenting issues from
"coordinators", as a body/unified voice or each
coordinator presenting to the membership separately.

In Reports, Sehvilla discussed the outreach
coordinator position.  Applications for the position
are in the store and are due June 14th with the hire
to be announced on June 21st.  Interview dates are yet
to be decided.  Board representatives on the hiring
committee are Bob Cook, Eric Menzel and Sehvilla Mann.
 Sehvilla will ask Tanya Lee to replace Eric, he will
be in a whirlwind of marriage preparation and
enjoyment at that time.  
Tim reports on Illinois Department of Employment
Security tax status.  The return IDES letter was
presented to the IDF and we are awaiting a reply.  

Clint proposes a change of GMMs to Wednesdays to
accommodate coordinator presentations.  Suggestions of
using the Bondurant room were suggested.  Sehvilla
will post inquires to the membership to the change in
the store and Karina Lepeley will do so by email. 
There will be a two week response time allotted.  The
new dates would be the 30th of July and the 22nd of
October.

Janna McGregor, and IDF Board member, will temporarily
fill Merideth Kruz's position as IDF Program director.
 Extending an invitation to her for the July GMM is
agreed upon.

Vision Work continues with the development of a
questionnaire.  A perturbation, ie some information
presented to the members along with the questions, is
suggested.  Mike Lehman recommends removal of
questions about the Board's function and it is agreed
upon.

Coop members will be invited to apply for the board by
the July 30th GMM.

Summer board meeting dates will continue as scheduled
every other Friday at 4:30pm

Board terms expire for Bob, Karina, Eric and Sehvilla
on October 22nd.
