Membership Survey Project

The co-op is experiencing a period of significant growth in membership and 
sales.  It is an exciting and challenging time for the co-op.  This survey 
project is intended to help us with creating vision, setting long and 
short-term goals, and planning. The project goals are to collect 
demographic data, as well as suggestions, comments, and desires from the 
membership.  With your help it will be a useful reflection of who the 
co-op is, what do people want, what drives people to shop here, and how 
can we do it all better.

In addition to collecting information to help in planning and 
decision-making we hope to video tape some of the interviews. We would 
like to create a video documentary of the co-op at present with the 
footage from interviews and daily co-op happenings.

Thank you for the generosity of your time and feedback.  If you are 
currently a non-working member please feel free to take the regular worker 
price for one week in appreciation for your participation in the project.

15-20 minute interviews will be ongoing during store hours beginning 
January 17th.

There will be a number of group meetings/interviews:

Cooks and bakers:	 Saturday, January 22, 11:00a.m.
Store workers:	 	Sunday, January 23, 6:30 p.m.
Store core-workers:	Sunday, January 30, 6:30 p.m.
All other workers and core-workers:	Tuesday, January 25th, 6:30 p.m
