Friends, neighbors, Co-opers,

We now have a local, Organic dairy that is supplying us with fresh milk 
and buttermilk!

They are Oak Grove Organics from Carthage, IL 
www.oakgroveorganics.com

We are selling their whole milk and 2% milk in half-gallons, as well as 
quarts of buttermilk. It is certified organic, non-homogenized, and VAT 
(low heat) pasteurized. They will be in town every 2 weeks, so make sure 
to try some while you can!

Also new to the store this week... in the BULK section:

Organic Red Quinoa- a red variety of the ancient grain, red quinoa is 
nutty and delicious and makes a lovely colorful pilaf

Organic Brown Rice Flour - for those with wheat sensitivities, or the 
master bakers looking for a finely-ground flour, we now have a rice flour 
that you can stock up on

Organic 7-Grain Cereal... a hot cereal mix containing flax, oats, rye, 
wheat, corn, millet, and barley - a hearty dose of fiber goodness to get 
your day started

Also, if you haven't been in lately, make sure to check out our newly 
re-designed bulk section and new bulk bins! Oh, the spacious glory!
