[Chynoweth-campaign] poll watching report

Things are going as planned, pollwatchers are watching, etc.  
And if anyone has free time today, it could make the 
important difference:

- We could still use assistance poll watching, especially 
  at the U of I Residence Halls.  Go there (FAR/PAR) if 
  you are interested.
- We could use people to walk around the neighborhood and 
  pass out reminders to vote.  Call Peter at 637-5000 or 
  show up at 1006 S Garfield any time.
