I just established two new aliases to this list:
admin at commotionwireless.net, and info at commotionwireless.net.  Assuming
this sounds reasonable to everyone, I'll go in and make them
publicly-accessible, so that the Work Department can use the aliases
as general points of contact for the commotion project (eg, in site
designs).

Several people at the hackfest who are on the Commotion-dev list have
been complaining about the new account creation notifications and
associated bounces that are blasted out to the dev list each time
someone creates a new account in redmine.  To resolve this issue, I've
gone ahead and created a new commotion-admin list, and set it as the
primary point of contact for the redmine system.  As of now, the four
of us are the list's only members.

I hope this make sense - people were pretty adamant that they were
tired of getting these messages, so I wanted to get a fix in place ASAP.
