[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] Access Point (Page/QS) (#82)

@critzo @georgiamoon Due to CBI awesomeness the first checkbox to add a interface will be a field for the name of the access point and a button to "add" underneath it. Do we need to revise the "name" fields text to accommodate this change?

option title: Name
help text: The access point name (SSID) is the name that people will look for when connecting to this device.
