[Commotion-admin] [commotiond] Issue69 (#57)

To test:

1) Start the daemon on your local machine (or flash a node and run quickstart)
2) $ commotion localipset
3) commotiond should return an ip address in the 169.254.0.0 range which will be sent to stdout (no new line char, unfortunately)
