[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] CBi object creation in addremove sections overrides custom writes (#119)

Channel write function in the access point and mesh pages is not respected upon initial creation. This causes a value "channel_radio#" to be created on the addition of a new section. A fix needs to be added to either check for a option of this type on on_commit and delete it from the options to commit, or a check must be instituted in the addremove creation.
