[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] During update / install the “Save Settings” option should be removed until it is supported. (#57)

This issue has been resolved: https://github.com/opentechinstitute/commotion-openwrt/issues/37
Requires a node to have the most current fixes from master installed prior to sysupgrade to work. In other words, for nodes installed with past releases this will not work, but once updated keep settings will work for future upgrades.
