[Commotion-admin] [commotion-android] Aquiring wifi lock (#39)

Tried the app on HTC desire HD running revolution HD 9.0. Android 2.3.5. It gets to "Aquiring wifi lock" then stops there and I have to kill the app.

The wifi is now dead, eave after restart.
