[Commotion-admin] [olsrd] Apparent OLSR sensitivity to node local time (#9)

Before closing this for good, I recommend testing. Iirc olsrd-mdp is actually quite sensitive to time differences. This is more than just olsrd sensitivity. I have run into this quite often in testing.
