[Commotion-admin] [commotiond] Bridgework (#63)

These are the commotiond scripts required to add and remove interfaces from the client bridge.

  * on second thought, removed firewall restart
  * reconfigured teardown script to match parameters, and added condition to remove non-mesh interfaces from the bridge
