[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion-apps] r1: Application edit throws error (#44)

>From the admin > applications menu, clicking edit on an existing app throws this error:
```No page is registered at '/admin/commotion/apps/apps/edit'.
If this url belongs to an extension, make sure it is properly installed.
If the extension was recently installed, try removing the /tmp/luci-indexcache file.```
