[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] r1: number of mesh & ap connections not displayed correctly (#132)

Currently the connections tab is linked to the number of clients who have leases with nodogsplash. I will look into other options for determining connectivity that allows nodes to not use splash pages and get data.
