[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion] SSID entry fields should be somewhat more constrained (#134)

Such that one cannot create an AP with a name such as `rm -rf /* {} &`, which is currently very feasible.  This is a potential threat to any helper script on either a node or a client that does not handle SSIDs properly (ie, any helper script that prints them to stdout).
