[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion-apps] Settings page error: force expiration (#54)

now when turning off 'force apps to expire', I get a LuCI error:

    /usr/lib/lua/luci/cbi.lua:457: bad argument #4 to 'set' (string expected, got nil)
