[Commotion-admin] [luci-i18n-commotion] Automatically generated po files for commotion-router r1 release (#3)

@areynold  Grabbed these PO files to prepare for transifex and found a couple issues:
Generated PO files still have a number of duplicate strings. Reviewing them, I did a QA check on all the generated strings, found a few that needed to be updated & pushed those to master branches of luci-commotion, luci-commotion-apps per @jheretic

The perl script should do a final check for duplicate strings removing duplicates and msgstr line after it. 
This command will remove all duplicate lines and save as a new file, but needs to be modified to not remove lines containing 
```
msgstr ""
```
```
perl -ne 'print unless $seen{$_}++' commotion-luci-en.po > commotion-luci-en-1.po
```
