[Commotion-admin] [commotion-meshbook] Maverick Branch: .xib compatibility issue (#2)

MainMenu.xib and StatusViewController.xib are incompatible with Xcode 4 and break the build. Looks like Xcode 5 uses a completely different xml structure and autoconverts nib files when opening the project.
