[Commotion-admin] [commotion-openwrt] Olsrd's jsoninfo plugin (#14)

txtinfo "must" listen on port 2006. I believe that olsr viz relies on txt info for its information and expects it to listen on that port. I don't necessarily think it should only listen on that port, but it should at least listen on that port.
