[Commotion-admin] [commotion-quick-start] Removed NodeID from AP name generation (#22)

Changed the front end to no longer show the + NodeID behind the input and the backend to only apply it to the hostname.

  * added increased logging to final countdown sequence in order to track down where Issue #502 is occuring.
  * added hostname success logging
  * made it so the access point does not receive the node ID in its name
  * removed node ID from the end of the name input, since it will only be added to the hostname.
