[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion-apps] Serval fingerprint icon (#27)

The current fingerplaid that is generated for apps is generated using the node's Serval ID/fingerprint. The only problem is that Serval does not currently support multiple keys per device, so we cannot assign each app its own Serval ID. But I believe they are working on including that functionality.
