[Commotion-admin] [luci-commotion-linux] Fix RCE and XSS vulnerabilities (#4)

Connections were automatically closed by curl, apparently without ever opening a reverse shell.  Still have to test that core functionality of the browser wasn't affected by these changes (if, indeed, those tests need to be done).
