[Commotion-admin] [commotion-android] Update menu items in Commotion Android (#35)

[critzo]

New menu items should be:
- Settings (Allows user to change app and profile settings)
- Applications (Displays Applications page)
- Debug (Displays Debug Info page)
- About (Displays the About page referenced in Issue #31 )
- Exit (quits the application)
