[Commotion-admin] [commotion-android] Create an updated Debug page (#37)

Update the Debug page by displaying debug info, ordered and formatted in sections, with a select menu at the top of the page, so that a user can see and read debugging information, jump to a specific section, and read it on screen.

Also provide a standard Share icon which enables any available sharing option on this Android device, to share the debug info file with someone else.
